The stunning Blue Alessi Crevasse vase by Zaha Hadid is limited to a production run of just 999 pieces world wide and this is our favourite of all the limited edition versions that have been created. The blue PVD coating provides a lustrous and radiant colour (especially when a light is shining on it) that perfectly complements Hadid's eye-catching design.
Originally created for Alessi back in 2005 for the coveted Alessi Officina range this is the latest LIMITED EDITION piece that is limited to a production run of just 999 pieces world wide.
Apparently the name relates to the fact that when grouped two or more of the designs are in close proximity to each other the space between the vases is reminiscent of a large crevice. If you look at some of her architecture work you can see clear references to this design language in creations such as the Dubai Dancing Towers.
Those tall graceful lines are created out of stainless steel so each piece is reassuringly weighted and utterly desirable.
