Making a Purchase
How do I place my order with dream icons?
You can order your chosen products from dream icons, either by contacting us on telephone number 00 44 (0) 8452 93 93 91, or by purchasing online.
To purchase online you simply browse through the site and once you have found your desired product choose the appropriate size (if required) and quantity and click on the ADD TO BASKET button. The product will then be added to your shopping basket, which you can view at any time by clicking on the button near the top right had corner of your screen.
Once you have added all the products into your basket that you wish to purchase, you click on the CHECKOUT button. At this point, you will be asked to login as an existing customer, or register as a new customer, or use the "check out without an account" facilitiy for a fast checkout. You will then be taken to the checkout page where you can choose your payment method. See the payment section below for more information.
Christmas Delivery Dates
What are the last order dates to receive my items before Christmas?
You can place your order right up until the end of the day on the 18th December for Mainland UK orders and a delivery man will deliver to your door before Christmas. If you are unable to receive the item then a card will be left for you to call the courier and make new arrangements - but this may be after Christmas.
If you are ordering from outside Mainland UK then the last order date is the 15th December to receive your parcel before Christmas.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you are a returning customer with an account and have forgotten your password click on the LOG IN link in the top right hand corner of the screen. Then click on Forgotten Your Password link which is just below the returning customers box.
You will then need to enter your email address that you registered with us and we will reset your password and send you an email with your user name and a new password.
Once you have received your new password you can purchase your goods.
If you wish to change the new password to one of your own again, simply go into LOG IN when you have logged in and follow the instructions.
How do I pay for the products I have chosen?
Once you have added products to your basket click on the checkout link on the top right hand corner of the screen. This will take you to the checkout page. At this point, you will be asked to login as an existing customer, or register as a new customer, or use the "check out without an account" facilitiy for a fast checkout. You will then be taken to the checkout page where you will be asked for billing information. Follow the steps on the screen, please note all card information is held in the secure payment area run by PROTX.

Once you have successfully completed your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you, confirming the details of your order. Please note: it is the customer's responsibility to check the confirmation email and notify dream icons immediately of any errors via our contact us page.

What forms of payment are accepted?
dream icons accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Bank Transfers and Postal Cheque.
What amount of tax do I pay on my purchase?
All orders made from the UK, or the European Union includes a standard tax rate of 20% VAT. Orders placed outside the European Union are VAT free and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements of the destination country.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order before the order has been processed please email us via the contact us page or on telephone 00 44 (0) 8452 93 93 91, as quickly as possible. You will need to quote your order reference number and we will contact you to confirm the cancellation. You will then receive your refund within 30 days. If the order has already been processed you will need to follow the instructions for on the shipping & returns page.
