They say that there are two things you can always rely on death and taxes. Possibly running a close third is the arrival of irritating and sometimes aggressive wasps; as soon as you sit down to eat outside
This has clearly had a strong enough effect on Pernille Vea to spark the creation of this helpful little wasp trap. The design is based on the fact that relatively simple measures, such as using a mixture of sugar and vinegar can have an irresistible effect on wasps. Ignoring the family's well-laid garden table, the wasps are enticed towards the trap and once the wasp is inside, it cannot get out again.
The aroma leads the wasps directly towards the wasp trap's funnel-shaped hole, which acts like a fish trap: once the wasp is inside, it cannot get out again. For maximum wasp control position the wasp traps around, but slightly away from, areas of the garden you want to keep wasp free.
When you are ready to empty the trap, simply remove the funnel and pour away. Did someone mention a barbeque?
