Mainland UK Delivery

How long will it take to deliver my products?
Information in this section applies to mainland UK addresses only. For all other deliveries see information on Outside Mainland UK Delivery below.

Products are available from stock and are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If your order goes out-of-stock while we are processing it, we will contact you with a revised delivery date and the option to cancel, or change the order.

We offer free delivery on all packages delivered to mainland UK.  Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses normally takes 3 working days from dispatch of your order by us, but please allow up to 7 working days. A signature is required on delivery of the package.

For faster delivery in the UK  choose the next day delivery option at checkout. This next working day service will be provided on all items bought before 11.45am  this option is £6.99 and will be added to your basket at checkout. Orders placed before 11.45am on Friday will be sent on Friday and arrive on Monday - Orders placed after 11.45am on Friday will be dispatched first thing on the following Monday morning and arrive on Tuesday.

If you are purchasing products as gifts and would like them delivered to different addresses then you can make individual purchases for each address or contact us via the contact us page or telephone 08452 93 93 91 and we will make the necessary arrangements for you. Please do not include credit card details in an email. A gift wrapping service is available.

Please note that goods will only be delivered to a recognised address and not to a PO Box address.

What are your Christmas shipping dates?

Outside Mainland UK Delivery

Do you send goods outside mainland UK?

Yes, dream icons online service is available for the Euro Zone & USA.  If  your shipping costs are not listed please contact us to obtain a quote for shipping costs via the contact us page or telephone 00 44 (0) 8452 93 93 91. Please do not include credit card details in an email.


Standard delivery charges are:

Mainland USA = $20.00
Mainland EU = €10.95
UK Islands (excluding Northern Ireland) = £9.95

These charges are the same if you order one or ten items. dream icons reserves the right to quote for the shipping charges on bulky items.


Pease note that customers outside of the EU will be not be charged UK VAT and instead will be responsible for the import tax of the country chosen for delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

How do I return goods and obtain a refund?
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your order, please follow the procedure below.

 

Returns:
Arrived Damaged or Faulty? - If your goods arrive damaged, or are faulty, you inform us by email via the contact us page or telephone 00 44 (0) 8452 93 93 91 within 3 days and preferably within 24 hours. We will then arrange the return and replacement of these goods at no charge, or refund the cost of the goods.

Goods that become faulty - If your purchase was originally fine but has become faulty within a short time, please email us or telephone 00 44 (0) 8452 93 93 91 with a short description of the problem and we will advise on what to do next.

Non-Faulty goods - Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days after receiving the product. Please contact us before you return the goods by post, email or telephone 00 44 (0) 8452 93 93 91, preferably within 48 hours. We will then contact you with the relevant procedure. Provided the goods are returned in 'as-new' condition and with the original packaging, we will reimburse the full cost of the goods (excluding the original courier charges). You will receive your refund within 30 days. Unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and ensuring that we receive the goods in the above condition. We recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method for your own peace of mind.

The courier will usually make 3 attempts to deliver and a signature will be required. The courier will usually leave a card if no one is available at the time of an attempted delivery. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery you can contact the courier directly from the details on the card and arrange for delivery on a day that is suitable for you.

If you are not available to take delivery from the courier at the 3rd attempt then the parcel will be returned back to us and we will refund your original payment minus the cost for postage to you and back to us.

 

Refunds:
Faulty Goods - All verified faulty goods will be replaced or fully refunded. Please note that the verification process may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive your replacement or refund within 30 days.

Non-Faulty Goods - Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days as detailed above. Provided everything is in order, we will fully refund the price of the goods (excluding the original courier charges and any gift wrap charge that may have been incuded in the original order). Please make sure that all all goods are returned with adequate protective packaging to prevent damage because the goods remain your responsibility until they arrive with us and have been checked to be in 'as-new' condition. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by us.
